How TaxDome pricing works
TaxDome is practice-management software for accounting and tax firms, sold per seat per year.
Priced per seat per year, with a lower per-seat price for a two- or three-year commitment than for a one-year commitment. Firms with 25 or more seats get a custom quote.
What to check before you quote a TaxDome price
The price depends on the commitment length
All three prices appear on the page at once; the lowest figures need a three-year commitment. When comparing with month-to-month tools, use the one-year price.
The savings calculator quotes other vendors, not TaxDome
The pricing page embeds a savings calculator that lists competitors’ prices as plain text. Those figures are not TaxDome prices, so check the heading around any number.
Large teams and seasonal staff are priced separately
Teams of 25 or more seats need a custom quote. A TaxDome help-center article lists short-term seasonal seats separately, for example $500 per seat per four-month term on Business.
Other regions may differ
TaxDome publishes pricing pages for other locales that can carry different prices. Use taxdome.com/pricing for US dollar prices.
What these prices do not include
To keep like-for-like comparisons, this page leaves out:
- Custom quotes for 25 or more seats
- Seasonal seat add-ons
- Other-locale pricing pages
TaxDome price history in brief
The most recent documented change took effect February 13, 2023: Pro $600 to $800.
The full TaxDome price history lists every dated data point with its source. Percentages compare list prices only; what a plan includes can change over time.
TaxDome restructured its plans in 2025 (see the plan and policy changes in the price history), so compare Pro before and after 2025 with care: the plan kept its name while firms were moved between plans.
